REFUND POLICY

Refunds can be made only if requested in writing. A 75% refund will be provided only for registrants who send a cancellation notice postmarked no later than two weeks before the class date. One person may substitute for another who is unable to attend on the condition that a letter from the original registrant authorizing the substitution accompany the new registrant. In the event The Counseling Team finds it necessary to cancel a course because of insufficient registration or other reasons beyond our control, notice will be given to all registrants as soon as possible and a complete refund of registration fees paid will be given to all registrants affected. Refunds are paid in U.S. funds. The Counseling Team also reserves the right to make instructor changes as necessary without prior notification.
