Welcome to The Counseling Team International (TCTI)'s website! TCTI has provided psychological services to government agencies, law enforcement, fire & emergency services, private industries and organizations in the State of California since 1983.
It is our philosophy that the longer a problem exists, the harder it is
to deal with. Often a problem is put into its proper perspective and handled
if help is sought by the individual as soon as possible. We have found
that employees are an organization's most valuable asset and losing them
requires training replacements, which incurs enormous costs.
TCTI's Employee Support Services have increased employee
productivity while decreasing the usage of sick leave. This is accomplished
by helping employees resolve problems which may lower their efficiency
and affect their overall work and home life.
