Goals:

Understanding the potential psychological, physiological, social, and work-related consequences resulting from mismanaged anger
Increased awareness of anger provoking cues and the ability to recognize anger
To understand and be equipped with anger management skills and coping tools
Understanding the importance of managing stress levels in relation to managing anger
Conscientious application of anger management skills within practical settings and situations
