Course Description:
Change is constant! Moving into the 21st century, information has increased in exponential ways. Organizational flexibility and personal resiliency are two keys to long-term success. This class discusses the two approaches to life and life’s challenges…resilience or resistance. The resilient personality will be explained along with seven specific resiliencies to help cope with the constant: CHANGE!
